I found the first method easier to understand for myself.
Are the camera movements and angles a choice made by people who make storyboards or are they director's choice?
I wish they taught stuff like this in film school. Perhaps they do but they didn't where I went.

The storyboard should have been shown before the Jurrasic Park Video. This would give the viewer a perspective of how story boards are converted to a shot.

Storyboarding for animation is a bit different from this, generally speaking, in that the medium is often more about movement onscreen than when working in live action, and this needs to be shown in the drawings. Placing the drawings into an animatic reel is normal procedure at this point, to better work out details of action and timing. Again here, skill at drawing, while helpful, is less critical than selling the action.
STORYBOARDS ARE STUPID. YOU WASTE 56 PERCENT OF YOUR ENERGY ON THE "WHOLE PROJECT".

I was thinking of makeing a semi series and i look up how to make storyboard now im going to konw more
When I was a kid in high school I always wanted to make movies, even just short films. However, I was under the impression, at the time, I wasn't "good enough" or "smart enough" since I was in the "basic" program. If any teacher happens to read this, especially, teaching basic level classes, this is a great opportunity to expand their knowledge. I promise you. If I had more encouragement, who knows what could have come from it? If you are an individual who reads this, all the same to you. Make magic by making things move in your direction.

Don't be afraid to draw out of frame if it helps you to better map out the environment or camera movement.
