How easy to use Font Awesome in a VueJs Project
Today we’re gonna learn how to integrate FontAwesome icons library in a VueJS project easily and accurately.
In this video I’m gonna show you two ways of using FontAwesome in VueJS.
The first method is really easy. You can get a FontAwesome CDN link from FontAwesome and include that link in the index.html file of your VueJS project. And then you can use the icons normally as the way you normally do in other web projects.
Easy right?
The downside of it is that you need to call the CDN from outside and sometimes if your app is not in a public environment, (Eg: Local Electron App, Or a local app in a local server…etc.) this is not gonna work. And some performance issues can be found as well.
So, the better or the best way of doing it is the using this package called VueFontawesome.

Using this package we include FontAwesome icons as Vue Components. You just need to install these packages.
$ npm i save @fortawesome/fontawesomesvgcore
$ npm i save @fortawesome/freesolidsvgicons
$ npm i save @fortawesome/vuefontawesome
And once you registered the component, you can use FontAwesome icons anywhere in your project.
So, that’s the best way of doing it. Another bonus of this method is that you only importing the icons that you’re using in the application. So, you don’t have to import all the icons to your app just like the traditional way. This can be a huge performance improvement of your app. So, watch the video for the full demonstration.

วิธีลงฟอนต์ในคอม
วิธีติดตั้ง font ลงในคอม
1. หาที่ ดาวน์โหลด Font หรือซื้อแผ่นซีดีมาลง
2.file ของ Font ควรจะอยู่ในรูป .ttf
3. ทำการ Copy Font ลงไปในคอมพิวเตอร์ control Panel แล้วเลือก Fonts
4. เสร็จเรียบร้อย เรียกใช้ font ผ่านโปรแกรมต่าง
