Sounds like Republican tax policy to me. "Shut up and be happy you got that dollar!"
who is david
appreciated your hard work to encourage others. I have been using your clips to teach and encourage my students. I wonder if I could translate them into Nepali. Will you give me access to your files or will tell me what program you use to make these clips?
Excellent explanation:
I also explained a similar topic (Think win – win) in Telugu: Please watch:

Hola amigos saludos jajjajaja educación chida
stop thingking of everything as a zero some game for you to win another person does not half to be
An injustice somewhere is a threat to injustice everywhere. – MLK
Something to consider why someone wouldn't accept anything less than $50. Personally I wouldn't because I VALUE (habit 2 and 3) a fair, win-win, just world. Don't give me wrong..! WIN-WIN is the best way and I think justice and honesty is the language of WIN-WIN-WIN
good my friend.
This is an awesome video!
using the same example, how do you explain the concepts of "win-lose" and "lose-win"?
And, how do you apply this inreal life?
The video is brilliant!!!
Your explanation is excellent ,Thank you
the person who initiates this relationship Is the person that first receives the money, so they are the ones that set the tone for how the relationship is going to go. A major characteristic of Win-Win people is that they think of others. They take into consideration the impact that their actions are going to have on other. You do not really explain the parameters of the study that was done so without that, the way you explained it………If the person with the money offered me 1 dollar out of the hundred, or even anything less than 50, then they are not operating in a win-win mentality. The trait of win lose people is that they need to win compared to someone else. To feel superior. So if they risk offering anything that may be seen as a loss for the other person then they are in a sense setting the stage for a Lose-lose……because they knew ahead of time that if their offer was refused. Yes the second person now has the ability to "settle" for less, but risking that by offering less than half, the first person is risking creating resentment in the second person.
Your example would be like men who argue that women making less money is ok because, "women were not even encouraged to work before, so they should at least be happy that they have a job now"
thats so true but nobody seem to get it..
love it
