Check out Arrowsmith-Young on neuroplasticity. 30-year track record of successful results followed recently with fMRI of brains before and after, but nonetheless not accepted by those in mainstream neuroscience and the education departments that deal with learning deficits.
Working memory and long term memory the best way is to practice ,practice makes permanent.

Very insightful talk with loads of great content, though she could be benefit from applying what she preaches and putting together a narrative/"ribbon" to connect all these fragmented chunks together
AIU is encouraging and motivating me while teaching me the basics of techniques on learning
I work and study part time so writing my school assignments has always been difficult. I found these tutors; Essaygiant2@gmail.com and they wrote my paper at a small fee and boom I was relieved. I have always used their services since then and I recommend them

Learn small chunks consistently cause relaxation & sleep amplifies learning
TL: DR practice consistently even IF it's small no need to be hard on the 1st day unless necessary
& perhaps back to running or at least walking, definitely at least a walk
Pomodoro technique ~ I think 36 mins is a good spot for me haha cause I like the number & I think I should it that way
Recall ~ try staring at the sky(up) & recall some things you've just learned
& finally, explore more things to conquer, it's always hard at first, but it'll only start to get better ∠(^ー^)
