Ремень поясной/брючный изготовлен из кожи юфть коричневого и светлопесочного цвета. Ремень состоит из двух слоев, прошит седельным швом, торец затемнен, пропитан воском и заполирован. Кожа имеет равномерную красивую мерею, лицо пропитано глянцевым кремом и заполировано, внутренняя часть с финишем и тонировкой. Пряжка и винты из нержавеющей стали. Изделие из данной кожи прослужит Вам не один десяток лет! Также в процессе использования изделие будет приобретать свой уникальный вид и цвет. Изделие предаст особый имидж и индивидуальность носящему, подчеркнет исключительный взгляд владельца на качественные изделия из благородного, первозданного и натурального материала.
Кожа юфть смешанного дубления с обильным наполнением и в достаточной степени жированная. Она сочетает в себе достоинства кож хромового и растительного дубления: хорошо противостоит агрессивным средам, температурам и влаге (водостойкость), довольно хорошо теснится (см. выдавленный логотип Wild Leather Craft) и хорошо держит форму, она более потостойкая, стойкая к истиранию, прочна на разрыв, хорошо удерживает красители, более теплоизолирующая и отлично выносит отрицательные температуры. Юфть содержит довольно много жиров, масел и наощупь бывает немного восковая. Поэтому, обычно, она зеркально не блестит, даже после полировки. Она мягкая и гибкая. Если на юфть капнуть водой, то вода остаётся на поверхности, почти не впитываясь. В основном кожа юфть применяется для производства качественной обуви, а также тонкая юфть может применяться для производства мелких изделий и аксессуаров. Шорноседельная кожа применяется для производства сбруи, седел и аксессуаров к ним
Юфть различают по нескольким характеристикам:
По происхождению сырья: яловочная юфть из шкур крупного рогатого скота; конская и свиная – изготовлена из конских и свиных шкур.
По особенностям процесса дубления: кожа, выделанная растительными дубителями с хромовыми солями; с добавлением синтетических дубильных веществ; вышеперечисленные компоненты плюс сульфит целлюлозный экстракт.
По толщине: тонкая 1,51,8 мм; средняя свыше 1,8 до 2,2 мм; толстая свыше 2,2 до 3,0 мм.
По размерам (площади) юфть классифицируется на три группы: мелкая; средняя; крупная.
